This campaign targeted tweens who were starting to feel like Disney World was too childish for them. We knew we couldn't compete with Six Flags by just promoting thrill rides, so we had to get creative. We realized that Disney is unbeatable when it comes to creating amazing characters and telling captivating stories. That's when we came up with the idea to showcase some of the lesser-known characters in Disney World who, like tweens, wanted more attention and respect. We created a YouTube series hosted by the Goat from Big Thunder Mountain, injecting humor, fun, and irreverence that tweens could relate to and share with their friends.
